Group Booking Policy

1. A deposit equal to one night's stay for all rooms booked is required. Paid by check or cash. We also need a credit card number to hold the rooms.
2. A cancellation period of 60 days is required. Rooms cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit, unless we can re-rent the room, in which case there will be a $20 cancellation fee per room per night. After the weekend is completed we will refund your deposit less any outstanding balance.
3. If the rooms are released before the 60 day cancellation period we will refund your deposit.
4. There is a 2 night minimum on weekends from April 1 - November 1.
