Feel Safe, Stay Safe

The Sonoma Hotel is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable stay for your visit to Sonoma.

Due to COVID-19 events, we have made some changes to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

  • Social distancing will be observed.  Guests and employees will stay at least 6 feet from others while in the building.

  • Masks or face coverings will be required in common areas of the hotel for non-vaccinated guests.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in common areas.

  • Signage is posted to remind guests to remain socially distant and to wear a mask.

  • Touch points (stair rails, door handles) will be disinfected frequently.

  • We have instituted a quicker check-in process where signing documents will not be necessary for advance bookings.

  • The front desk area will be disinfected between guests when a guests has been in contact with the area.

 

Changes in rooms and services:

  • Decorative bedding has been removed from the rooms.

  • Magazines, guidebooks, notepads and pens have been removed from the rooms.

  • Continental breakfast service and wine hour have been discontinued.

  • Enhanced cleaning measures are in place per the CDC guidelines with attention to high touch points.

  • Stay-over daily housekeeping service is suspended for multiple night stays.  

  • Employees will not enter a room when a guest is present.

  • Rooms are left vacant for 24 hours between guests whenever possible.
